On Feb 13, 2016 Indian Family Federation members will go for a one day fasting and prayer ( 24 hrs) in protest of not taking any initiative from the world HQ, and the misdirection of Dr. Yong and Dr. Kittel in the recent rape case which was reported to the police. Krishna Adhikari is a Nepali national and the leader (Half a dozen positions) for India and his supportive assistant has gone to jail for such a crime and betrayal as a leader to God and True Parents. It is a very serious issue, a criminal act and opposite of our basic Divine Principle teachings, which has happened in Indian by a foreign (Nepali) national leader. This one day fasting is a beginning of much larger steps towards this unaccepted actions and neglect from concerned leadership. We asked for the full and direct involvement of our world HQ to this matter, The sister should be taken cared and had to given the heartistic love and care, our members should be given spiritual assistance and guidance to heal the wounds caused actions of the National Leader and Asian level leaders.

The Asian leadership wants to conceal this issue and deliberately they had sent a wrong message around the world instead of solving the real issue in India and Indian members. This kind of approach to a nation and to the people is to be condemned. Instead of showing compassion and giving care to the sister who is a full time member, (The torture and sexual atrocities and rape) The Asian leadership accused her and threatened her. What a pity??? Is this a church for peace??? Now this sister is getting counseling by the govt of India appointed NGOs. She was a full time member and number one fundraiser. She sacrificed her studies and dedicated her life fulltime for our church. She had assigned as the private house cleaner and later babysitter of Krishna the National leader. She did all this telling lie to own family that she is attending university in New Delhi. The culprit Krishna destroyed her purity, and utilized her physical body for his pleasure, ( sexually abused her and other sisters) destroyed her future. Finally, she could escape by running away from the ‘World Peace Center’. ( FFWPU/UPF HQ)Three more sisters also run away and living by hiding and working secretly in New Delhi with fear of Krishna mafia. They cannot go back to their family, because family is thinking that they are studying in the university in Delhi. Krishna himself lied the family members that these sisters are attending university. In order to write all the evil actions of Yong, Kittel and Krishna and Eknath one may need stacks of papers.

All this is satanic style of activity and we cannot expect such things from leaders who are supposed to be the representatives of True Parents. Robert Kittel is acting like he was the advocate of US president Bill Clinton in the Lewinsky case. He is very good at finding loop holes in the sexual immoral allegations and court cases. The so called continental director cum emissaries Dr. Chung sik Yong and Dr. Robert Kittel both should act like human being with a parental heart to deal this issue. They should remember that they are the spiritual responsible people of these happenings in India and they will be held responsible in front of God. How hard they try act as good person or try to hide the truth. They cannot escape from God’s eye. Hope they will remember and understand it. This leadership are pouring out lots of money to hire lawyers, and giving lots of money to buy members who can support them. They use each tactics to make division among Indian members and to make false witness in the upcoming trails in the court. That may harm the future of many young people who are members now.

We would like to go through the letter published by Dr. Yong and Kittel about the rape case in India, which committed by the Nepali national leader in India Mr. Krishna Bahadur Adhikari.
1) Dr.Yong and Kittel asked for prayer for only Krishna Adhikari? However, Mr.Manoj also was in jail for same incident with Adhikari. They never mentioned the name of Manor anywhere in the report and no prayer request for this Indian national???? Why only Krishna a Nepali national???
우리는 인도 영어로 글을 쓰고 있다. 이 글은 일부에게는 이해하기에 어려울 수 있다. 인내심을 가져주기를 바란다. 우리는 네팔 출신 인도 국가 협회장인 크리슈나 바하두르 아드히카리에 의해 자행된 인도의 강간사건에 대해용박사와 키틀박사가 공개한 편지를 상세히 짚어 나가고자 한다.

Ans: This shows the real wicked mind of Yong and Kittel. They unanimously declared Adhikari did not commit any crime and asked for prayers. The reason is that Adhikari is Nepali and Mr. Manoj is Indian. They want to glorify Nepali Adhikari to protect their face and position. They want to hide the truth that Adhikari is a Nepali. Yong and Kittel team internally hate Indians and India.

2) Dr. Yong and Kittel and wrote: ‘There was no rape happened and the allegations are false’.
Ans. We want to ask to them, if that sister who was a full time member in the center for well over two years why she should make a false allegation?. Did he meet or talk to that sister? The answer is a big NO. If that sister was daughter of Dr. Yong or Dr. Kittel will they take such a stand against their daughter? Think seriously please. Unlike western nations in India it is very hard to find women come forward and testify a rape incident or a sexual assault, unless it is that serious and need extra ordinary courage to face the society where women is always a victim. India is a closed society and the number of un-reported rape is 100 times more than the reported cases. Kittel testifies as he he was standing and watching through a spy camera all the incident in the bedroom of Mr.Adhikari , when Krishna and that sister were alone. She was asked to work as a maid for his house for a year and a half. unbelievable!!!!Shame on you Mr. Yong and Kittel. Shame on you... This is why Indians call you ‘money loving prostitute.’ How can a sister be a member in our movement is these kind of barbarians hold the title and position as leader??

3) According to the Yong team ( report) the case was registered by the people who are ‘hostile to our movement in India’
Ans: Hello, do not think people in the whole world are fools to swallow your stupidity. Since you are idiots, you believe that our world membership would believe your lies. Here is the truth. There is no opposition for our movement in India. And there is no one is opposing our movement in India. A simple common sense, if there was any opposition then these great emissaries would not have entered in India even for a single visit. In reality, these Yong and Kittle and his team are the most hostile people for our movement in India. They do not like Indian people. They put a Nepali national as the leader of India year 2009, after dismissing the then native Indian National leader. Yong and Kittel accused on him a sexual immoral action to dismiss him. He had rejected it but these guys imposed on him even without a thorough investigation. They just did what they wanted to do. In fact that national leader was a very young member who been appointed by Mrs. Ursula to humiliate and ridicule the senior members in Indian at that time. We Indian members are honest to God and True Parents and India always welcome True Parents. However, we oppose the evil actions of betrayers of True Parents (Yong’s team). Since this much serious crime has happened from now it may be difficult to do our activities freely in India. If anything happen or any actions taken by govt of India towards our movement Mr. Yong, Mr. Kittel and Mrs. Ursula will be responsible for it spiritually and physically.

4) Robert Kittel wrote “ he is in India and met with lawyers, advisers and ‘respected senior members’. Ans; this is a very tricky writing. This prostitute is very good at writing false reports for many decades. This guy was in India to save his kingpin for his selfish purpose (to protect his position and face). He came to India not for India or Indian members. He never called a whole members meeting. (In reality in India, we have only 20 or less blessed members) Imagine, If this was happened in Korea or Japan or USA or any country, the National leader in jail with a rape case and judge asked to remand him for 14 days custody and not sure he may bailed out or not (situation) a leader come then he /she would call all members for a meeting to discuss the matters and take decision. But here the accused prostitute Kittel never called for a members meeting but he wrote a lie. Hello Yong and Kittel we have no surprise that some Indian members addressed you “mother fuckers” , we can understand the heart and feelings of those brothers.

5) The writer for Yong and Kittel had written that ‘ they have checked past many months communications and they could not find the sisters complaint’
Ans: In India and Nepal Adhikari and Yong Kittel team are playing a super game. There is no UC in these countries. Only UPF. So members know only about UPF. Nothing about FFWPU or UC. And no one know what is the address of world HQ. Therefore, they send mails (complaints to Yong’s email or any other emails, which they think it is connected to world HQ). We challenge Yong and Kittel that there was many complaints were send to directly to the world president’s email ID and world HQ’s email ID including this rape case. If you want to see the evidence send an independent senior member, we can show that. But one condition if it is proved Yong and Kittel and his team should resign from all the position they are holding. Are you ready Yong and Kittel?
5) 용과 키틀은 이렇게 썼다 ‘그들은 과거 여러 달 동안 이뤄졌던 소통을 조사했으나 여자식구들의 불만을 발견할 수 없었다’

6) Kittel says “ The FIR state IPC section 376, but no rape was reported” ‘“it is no where stated in the FIR that she was raped.” This petition further states that “there is no averment [categorical statement] in the FIR that the Prosecutrix [alleged victim] was raped or (had) sexual intercourse without her consent…”
Ans: If there were no evidence then he would not have been arrested, and taken to custody. Second, if there is no evidence then he would have bailed out within hours, In this case, he arrested, and taken to the judge, judge has gone through all the evidence, and asked to remand in jail for 14 days. Based on the order from the court he transferred to the Jail.

We humbly request the world HQ to send an independent senior leader (who is not from the Yong , Kittel team in the HQ) , who know the heart of Asian members ( eg: former CD Rev. Kim and a team of senior members) to India and listen from Indian members and find the truth about India. This Nepali citizen Adhikari was ruling India for six years under Yong and Kittel, Ekanth and Ursula. Come and see what is really they were doing with all those money and support. The real result, the real spiritual situation. And report directly to world president and True Mother. Hope anyone who is reading this may report to proper people in Korea to reach up to True Mother.

Still not met our humble request then we may conduct indefinite hunger strike in front of the National HQ of FFWPU in New Delhi. At the same time, we will submit a memorandum to the Korean Embassy and Nepal embassy with a full report. We do not want to go this far but it has passed over a month but no action has taken by world HQ and we are waiting. Please pray for us.
